Hi, please click Origin in the top left, and choose the exit option. Then restart Origin by right clicking on the icon and choosing the Run as Administrator. When it starts up, please check if you can get online. If you still have no luck, please double check your Firewall and/or anti-virus, in case these are blocking Origin.
