I canceled my service on May **. I had phone internet uverse. My computer periodically worked and the tv would go out. I called several times about the issues,but was told I was over *** feet so the connection may be bad at times. When I canceled I was told I had to keep an active phone line to keep my landline number. I called on May ** she told me call in about a week to cancel the phone.
